Re: Gaining weight & am discouraged

:Kathleen,
Thank you for your reply. I agree with what you are saying. After 35 years of dieting, I m use to dropping weight fast (and gaining it back fast!). I do understand that this time I am actually healing. I got discouraged when I was trying clothes on before going to a party and nothing fit. To add salt to the wound,my 8 year old son came into the bedroom as I was trying things on and said, "Mommy, your stomach is getting really fat".
That night lying in bed I was thinking I need to try something else, I need to lose weight NOW! Later, I woke up from a vivid dream. I was being shown the big picture from high in the sky, looking down I saw that down the road I was strong, healthy, thinner and RADIANT.
Today I realized that my foggy brain has been gone for awhile.
Peace,
Regina

Hi Regina,

: it is very easy to blame the
: *program* for what is happening.
: Right now, you are adding in and you
: have not started taking
: things out. In the past you have
: *managed* your weight by
: not having adequate nutritious foods.
: :h11)

: You can use the .4 gram measure to
: calculate your protein if you
: like.

: But look at the *other* stuff you are
: eating. Probably its the culprit.
: :h5)

: see what you think.
