Spot on timings this weekend (Day 42)

Both Saturday and Sunday I set the alarm so I would be up at weekday times. And I did well. And I felt so much better. Sunday I was pretty tired in the early afternoon. But felt better when I ate a bowl of sugar snap peas (love them raw and cold). Got an hour less sleep than normal so I think that was part of it. My body really seems to like 7 hours. If I drank caffeine I would have gone that route today. It has been about a year since I have had any caffeine at all. The thought of having one single sip scares me to death. I hate the way it makes me feel. I wish I looked at sugar the way I look at caffeine. I will get there.

I was doing some painting on the outside of the house today and when it was meal time I put all on hold and sat down and had my lunch and then my dinner (my first dinner). I usually have two dinners on the weekends. BF loves to cook but does not eat till really late (it is 10:30 now and he is still cooking it – so yes really late). But I have learned that it is okay for me to have two meals. Since I eat my first dinner so early. Sometimes 4:30 and sometimes 5:30 and I am normally up till about midnight.
