Hannah,

I am so glad you posted. I am sure pretty much every one of us felt like that at one point. And I will tell you it is amazing that as we go along in our journey (starting with breakfast) those fears go away. I eat out a lot. I get together with the girls for game night - and I will tell you there is always tons of sweets. And now I can drive past a McDonalds and not even notice it is there. I am not sure what step you are on. But until you are on step 6 you can still have your cold stone. And until you are on step five you can still have your white rolls. I will tell you it is amazing the difference now. Stuff I used to love to eat and ate all the time I don't even want anymore. I would never thought that possible. And things that called to me don't call to me anymore - they don't even whisper. It is amazing to walk down the cookie or candy isle in the grocery store and nothing calls to me. I am working on step three now.
