I doubt there is anyone here who didn't have the same fears as you do.
The thing that you don't understand right now, (because you are eating sugars and so your brain chemistry is imbalanced) is that when we go off sugars, at the right time, we don't actually want those foods anymore, and can still do the other things you mentioned, we just have to plan a little in advance etc. Also, the way we feel wayyyyy outweighs being able to eat any of those things.
I know it's hard to believe actually not wanting it, but it's TRUE!
