Hello,

I am working on Step 3, and have noticed posts on this Forum as well as on the Lists about "Day 4." For example, folks having a hard time on Day 4 after returning home from a trip, etc. It got me thinking about my recent crash, and it was on Day 4 after organizing/hosting a large social event in another city.

So I am curious, what sometimes happens on Day 4? Could someone explain this to me? I am thinking it would be good to be aware of this Day 4 possibility that can happen, so I can better anticipate and prepare in the future.
