Do you just add dry oats to your shake? do you grind them first? I think my issue is with the brown rice powder- maybe the whey protein would taste better to me. I will try your shake, sounds good! I think you are right about the snacks- I am nursing. I wasn't trying to skip on purpose, just didn't think about it until it was too late.
