It seemed a huge thing to me at first, indeed almost impossible.
I had to stop thinking in terms of big changes and begin with breakfasts.
Gradually my body appreciated all of the following steps and soon , there I was at a cookout or out for dinner seeing those dinner rolls passed around three or four times , sipping my decaf and awaiting food that I knew from my journals ,my body would appreciate.
And feeling really good about taking it all slowly. No rush here. Just begin slowly.
