: Hi All,
: I am new to the plan and have been
: doing stage 1 and 2 regularly now,
: so I am starting to tackle stage 3
: and then I will move on to stage
: 4.
Wonderful!!!
Step 3 generally takes a little while. it is the hardest of all the steps.
: I have two questions that Im sure
: have been answered many times
: before but can't seem to find.
: Firstly, I have dinner quite late due
: to work (at around 10.30pm) and
: wondered if I had my potato with
: my meal would it have the same
: affect as if I had it before bed.
no
: I don't normally go to bed until
: about midnight but that is only
: 1.5 hrs after my meal so not sure
: whether I should have the potatoe
: then or not?
My suggestion is that you put your efforts into mastering
step 3 first...and checking in about how step one and two are going as well.
Once you are steady, it is way easier to sort step 4.
: Secondly, after finding out how much
: protein is in food my question
: is......can you go over the amount
: you have been allocated i.e. I
: have divided my protein allowance
: into 3 and it is 24gms per meal.
: In a pork loin steak there is
: loads more than this. Does this
: mean I should avoid eating
: something with a really high
: protein content?
No, it just means you enjoy your dinner
: Also, one more thing, I am a fitness
: instructor and teach about 15 hrs
: a week of high intensity fitness
: (Zumba), I normally would have a
: protein shake after teaching and a
: piece of fruit. Is this still ok?
Ok? You certainly should,
and if you are working at that level, you should be using a very different
level for calculating your meals
Can we work with step one? Would you be willing to join our fitness list?
We have LOTS of expertise there on this level of fitness.
: Sorry for all the questions, I am
: just trying to get my head around
: everything hahahahaha. It sounds
: amazing and I really want it to
: work.
It is amazing and will really change your life. Come on over to the fitness list.
Do you know how to find it?
kathleen
: So far so good.
: Thanks so much for your time.
: Cheers for now :)
