My suggestion is that you put your efforts into mastering
step 3 first...and checking in about how step one and two are going as well.
Once you are steady, it is way easier to sort step 4.

Ok? You certainly should, :h3)
and if you are working at that level, you should be using a very different
level for calculating your meals :h4)
