the task is to create stability in the brain. You treat it like a drug....same amount, same time.
If you just drink water for 2 days, I GUARANTEE that you will be sick, cranky and one unhappy puppy.
My best suggestion is to do the steps first. Help your brain get steady. Work on having the same amount at the same time (it is harder than you might think)...
Once you have done that, come back and let me know, and I will outline how to do a taper.
