: Hello Everyone,
: I am just sitting here at work. I
: can't concentrate and I just
: wanted to share with you guys. I
: am having the hardest time
: accepting the fact that I have an
: addiction and that my life is
: going to have to change completely
: if I want to get better. I don't
: want to have to give up ice cream
: and white rolls for the rest of my
: life. I just want to be normal!!!
: I just want to be able to enjoy
: those things with everyone else.
: It really is so hard to think
: about when I do make the change
: for good, how my life is going to
: be different. How are cookouts,
: office lunches, and dinner dates
: going to be different? How can I
: walk past a Cold Stone without
: going in? I feel so overwhelmed
: right now!
: Hannah
Hi Hannah,
these are very natural feelings. But honestly, you don't have
to scare yourself
You can simply work on breakfast. Just that one thing...
I do cookouts all the time, and go our to lunch, and
have dinner dates...I actually don't go into Cold Stone,
but I have learned that sugar is not love, love is love
The feelings come from the brain stuff. If you simply work the steps,
the process will answer all those fears. We LOVE having you here.
warmly,
Kathleen
