1st day
First day today! I have had a copy of Potatoes not Prozac for years and have always been interested in trying it out. I am 4 weeks post-partum and have been having crazy sugar cravings and what feels like hypoglycemia. This morning, I managed to eat breakfast with enough protein- two eggs and oatmeal with brown rice protein powder. The oatmeal was pretty gross- gotta work on protein sources. I didn't have a snack and by 11:00 was feeling pretty bad. Does anyone think this will get better? I was hoping the low blood sugar feelings would go away with a nice, protein rich breakfast.
