Hi Laura! It's so good to see you back here. I can relate to wanting to stay forever at Ranch. I've never felt so supported and serene.

I can also relate to the diet head and the addiction. But please believe the doubts about yourself are so very biochemical; they will heal as you do the food. You have good instincts when you say you would have been more patient with yourself if you were on step 3, or further in the program. It's so true.
