so yes no failure thats an incredible insight you had there.

I might as well admit I have had a bit of a bee in my own bonnet about plane seatbelts. I couldnt do it up over my tum so I had to breathe in and do it underneath, at my heaviest. I couldnt get the table down. And I wanted it all fixed immediately.

when I get on a plane now I straightaway play with the seatbelt and table like I was about 6 years old. its kind of a measure of progress... but it isnt an old diet head drama-thing, its just kind of nice. Thats really important to me that all the anger/achievement/worry has gone out of it.
