Oats and the grainier foods still make me feel pooched out.
What sort of exercise do you do? It is steamy hot weather here I have been playing some older cds and dancing around. This morning I learned all of the words to John Lennon's "Imagine" as I tried to work my waistline into a better shape.
" Imagine all the people living for today." is one of the lines. I am trying to do that with my food yet know that good nutrition and exercise take a bit of planning ahead.
