As someone who swore she'd never give a computer house room I am that impressed with myself now ordering online. It is so convenient! No carrying! I even get a bit of fresh vegetable stuff delivered and if I have had cause to complain its always been sorted out to my satisfaction

once I e mailed to say they'd sent 2 cauliflowers by mistake and the reply was ' we are very sorry you have recieved an untoward cauliflower' Which tickled me for days.

we are just in the process of setting one up for my mum in law too, that could prove a godsend.
