Re: Journal breakthrough (Day #30)

Nina - I designed my own journal. I needed one that fit my flow and focused on things I wanted to focus on. I like doing the weekly review, that way I know how well I did over the week and also lets me see what I need to work on for the next week. And if I did something very well over a few weeks I know it is time to focus on another thing. This week I was really focusing on drinking a glass of water first thing in the morning. Also making sure I drink water with every meal and eating sugar with meals. Setting a few goals for myself for the following week also helps me focus on a couple of things and not everything. I love doing my weekly review it is something I look forward to.
