First I'd like to thank everyone that gave ideas to stop the snacking. For the last 2 weeks I've changed a few things. I was eating cheerios whole wheat toast one egg and 8 oz skim milk. I was looking for something to eat with in a hour of breakfast. So I dropped the whole wheat toast, added another egg, dropped cheerios and added 3/4 cup special K, and 2-3 inch slices of bacon, and 10 oz of skim milk. I dont even think about food until about 10:30 or so. But thats ok because I eat lunch at 11. Today just to make sure I had made the right changes I cut the eggs in half and ate the special K and bacon. I was hunting for snacks with in a hour of breakfast. I made the right changes and will keep it up. Thanks again everyone. Also in the last 2 weeks I managed to lose 8 pounds.
