First I'd like to thank everyone for all the advice. For the last 2 weeks I've done this. Added another egg (2 now) dropped the whole wheat toast added special K vanilla and almond and 2- 3 inch slices of bacon and 10 oz of skim milk. I didn't start wanting to snack until 10:30. I go to lunch at 11 so all went well. Just to make sure the change was for real today I had one egg, 3/4 cup special K, and 8oz skim milk. I started looking for something to eat about a hour later. In the two weeks I did this I managed to lose 8 pounds.
