Step 3

Hi everyone,

I am on step 3 and feeling frustrated. Eating three meals a day gives me lots of mental clarity but I am gaining weight! I just wanted to come on here and see if things will change if I keep working the program. I am eating sufficient protein and veggies and of course carbs, I am still eating some sugar, of course, that is why I am here ha ha.

Anyway, I have been journaling and trying to get in a rhythm of three meals. It has been 3 days and that is about the time I usually give up on a diet but I don't want to give up this time because it is not a diet it is an addiction recovery program.

I guess I just wanted to check-in and say I am on step 3 a little frustrated that my stomach is sticking out but I will keep going. thanks
