Re: Hypoglycemia and poor immune system

hello Heather
that does sound uncomfortable, hope you feel much better soon!

I am a believer in the steps for immune systems.. I bet you'd thught I'd say that :h6) but it is so true - which step are you on?

I also have a lot of respect for the combination of vitamins Kathleen recommends.. the BC and zinc, so thats another positive.

a long time ago, I was told that chicken soup is really healing. So thats another of my favourite things..I make it with the bones so all the goodness goes in... save chicken carcasses in the freezer and then I break them up a lot and into the crockpot they go with an onion and a carrot.. its a hassle free way of getting chicken stock. I can recommend that as a care-for-yourself treat

As for hypoglycaemia... I think I had this all my life , or at least the sensitivity to knowing where my blood sugar curve was :h6) I dont think one could better the 7 steps for steadying this. Step 3 was nothing short of miraculous for me.
I had to keep snacks in a fair while, and I still do if needs be :h10)

what do you think? Is there something regarding your current step that would help?
