:I am glad you are getting in a bit of a soothing pattern with your sleep and your appointments.
11 p.m is such a sensible time to declare lights out.I used to stay up until much later watching programs because the house would be quiet. Now I don't watch any films or news programs late at night but read relaxing books instead.
Mind, body and spirit seem to like that and my new quiet time is first thing in the morning.
