Hi SJD,

Your comment about 'lights out' resonated with me - reminded me of being in the hospital, when there was a definite lights out time. That's what I thought of, the past 2 nights, at 11 pm (my desired sleeptime).

I'm starting to come around, to the thought of telling/requesting afternoon meetings and appointments instead of struggling so mightily with the morning ones (and missing some...). So far, people have been understanding, which is a very good thing.
