Thanks mosaic! It's good to see you too.
I have had some success - and more! I have been putting myself to bed at 11 pm and just staying there. The past two nights, I reminded myself of what it was like, to have 'lights-out' while I was in the hospital, so I just did that. Yesterday, I got up at 9 am. Today, though, I was so tired, that although I was in bed at 11 pm, I still slept to 11 am this morning. We shall see what happens overnight tonight.
It is middle/late afternoon here, and I am feeling very tired. I came home from running errands and realized that I didn't purchase what was requested. So I will return it for the appropriate item - but not now. I was at the store, looked at the choices, and picked one. It wasn't until I got home that I remembered standing in the store with the person, saying to them, ooh, that one would be my choice, would you pick that one? And they said, no, I would never pick that one, I would pick the other one... well, lol, I picked the one I picked on that day, and not the one they told me they wanted! Sigh.
Why didn't I remember that, when I was still in the store?
anyway... here's to sleeping when it's lights-out time...
Cheers!
