Its one of the now-solved mysteries of my life as to why I used to always turn to house cleaning when I was in a huff.
Always puzzled me , as housework and I are not that devoted friends or anything

so if I do get seized with that immediate compulsion to scrub the kitchen floor NOW I know whats up and review my journal.. that is reassuring.

on the other hand, I did lately turn out the shoe rack in the porch and wash all there just for the fun of it and without resentment, so it works the other way as well
