I hope you can find a sleep routine that works. Maybe you can change your appointments to afternoons until your sleep habits get reset. Most important thing is to get the sleep your body need right now.
I like to wake up naturally too. When I find myself out of routine whilst traveling or when there are time differences I set the alarm to get up at 6 or 7 a.m ( my normal waking time )
I start winding down a couple of hours before bedtime with a good book or music, then at 11 p.m lights out, nothing to eat until breakfast.
I know others will have some good suggestions for you too.
