good for you Lea, what a thoughtful approach ( I tried to count protein all day at first ) Just breakfast protein is a good place to start
have you got a Potatoes not Prozac?
page 128 has a list of protein foods
and page 130 gives a basic gram count for protein
In practise, I also look at food labels, all supermarket stuff from packages to frozen has details on it.
of the 4 parts:
*with enough protein for your weight
*within an hour of waking
*with a complex carb ( brown)
*every day
I have a soft spot for * within the hour , as its that useful for me. Just one part, or a 'nano' part of a part is fine to work on. Looking forwards to hearing what brown appeals to you .
