It's great to connect here on the forum. The nudges to be kind to myself, to just focus on changing one step at a time, and people who understand and can share in the 'small' successes that accumulate to be a larger success, have all been benefits to posting here.
For breakfast, figuring out the protein amount and how to eat it at the same time each day, are quite the achievement to aim for. Try not to get caught up in looking ahead, to managing the eating for the entire day - the snacks are fine for now. For me, I struggle with wondering if I am 'doing it right' - it's helpful, or it was, for me, to allow myself to narrow my focus and find a way to celebrate success with that one thing: for now, Step 1 breakfast could be just the thing for you to focus on, what do you think?
