Part of being ss is not beimg able to stop and with the program 3 meals teaches us to stop. Most of us came form eating many small meals or grazing all day long. Add you protein in slowly. Start with breakfast and work up to your full amount. When you can do that and breakfast holds you till lunch. Then work on lunch. Hope this helps. Chloe
