I have been taking Benedryl for the last year to go to sleep. I quit taking it starting last night and have some major withdrawl symptoms.

Are there more natural remidies to help sleep? I need to quit caffiene too apparantly.

I'm just a mess. I recently lost my job and am emotionally at a loss...
