So I re read again with interest - and although the warm cookie thing would have got my interest ( I could tell white flour a mile away!), you can keep sugary milk So I certainly don't tick all those boxes. Im not keen on sweet things either... its more the bread/savoury type things for me.
One thing Ive learnt here is that its not just about the sugar. It gets so interesting to discover what else is going on, and what is making up my biochemistry! So you might enjoy that too ?
Dawn, I would recommend you get a copy of Potatoes not Prozac and read all about the brain chemicals and the science. It is fascinating!
and you are very welcome to join us in breakfast meanwhile. I My experience is that the steps are very effective for anxiety. And Rumination! Have you had any thoughts about breakfast yourself?
