Welcome - When I first started my breakfasts were 2 scramble eggs with cheese wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla. Now (and for the last three years)it is a protein shake. My browns change all the time. Sometimes it is oatmeal (not much since I am not a huge fan), whole wheat toast, brown rice. Still working on finding good browns that my body, brain and mouth like.
