Nice connection Jeffrey! I know the combination of protein and complex carb helps me to feel satisfied. If I don't have enough of either, it makes a difference. I think that is why it is so important to *add in* before taking out. I know once I was getting what I needed, and continue to get what I need, I don't have cravings. It really is incredible!!
