I love the idea of the birds and the Mozart and the gentle exercise! I think I need to try that.
I also love your idea of making a vegetable soup ahead of time and adding various protein to it for your meals. I'm trying to work on some good lunch alternatives, and I think this is going to be one of them. Thanks!
