Few browns = more sugar
Have noticed lately that if I reduce my quantity of browns at dinner that I end up eating a larger portion of my daily sugar fix. I am not sure if it is lack of calories or simply setting myself off to be off balance with protein and veggies. Sometimes I just don't want to eat the browns and then boom! Tonight I had 4 cookies instead of the usual 2 and am not a happy camper.
Anybody else has had/seen a connection?
