I find with some gentle everyday movement I am steadier, I think it must be a gentle beta endorphin mechanism that has lots of benefits for me.

and its gone a long way to help me view movement as something my body and I like instead of me fighting it every inch of the way :h6)

I am intrigued about your 'real food' and would like to ask if theres anything particularly good? like something interesting for breakfast or appetising vegetables?
