Sounds like a good thing to me. After I detoxed, I didn't stop craving fats until I started exercising at the gym regularly. But previously, I had noticed that if I was feeling sort of cravey, a brisk walk would take that feeling away. Exercise raises beta endorphin, so the right amount of exercise can definitely help.
