Re: Wheat Brain

Thanks everyone for all of your supportive and informative responses. I'm just trying to hang in there with step two and not take too much on at once. I wish I could get to radiance for me and my kiddos tomorrow :h4) but I need to take it one step at a time!

I'm making a big change. I'm trying to stop dieting by intellectual effort and transition into choosing foods by listening to my body. I always thought that if I listened to my body it would just lead me astray (i.e. I would eat just what tastes good and not what's good for me). But amazingly my body likes to feel good longer than the 5 seconds it takes to eat junk food. :h11) And she can actually give me some really amazing information about what I need. Wow!!!!

take care,
Gretchen

: Gretchen, that's a great approach.
: Step 7 is a great time for fine
: tuning - by then, when your food
: is really steady, it's easier to
: see which foods work and don't
: work for you. And as you go
: through the steps, rather than
: freaking out and eliminating
: wheat, you can explore alternative
