Great you are already in the habit of breakfast! Have you found something you like? It helps to go through the steps slowly, to help your body and mind adjust to the changes. Even what seems like a small change, like increasing the protein, makes a huge difference!

I like this from the RR website. It is written for kids, but I think applies to us as well:

The section on Why Slower is better...is very helpful. It also helps to plan what to do in *special* situations...like vacations, eating out, etc.
