Re: mornings
In Response To: mornings ()

Try an experiment of cutting out the whole wheat toast and cheerios and using a different morning brown. I discovered I was wheat sensitive after enduring the worst cravings every morning at 10 AM. Just eliminating the wheat shut them down completely.

: :s4( I've been cutting back on sugar
: for several months now. The big
: thing I've noticed is the morning
: snacking. I eat a good breakfast
: usually ww toast, butter,
: scrambled egg and cheerios or
: Special K. and 8 oz skim milk.
: With in about 2 hours of eating I
: want something. It doesn't matter
: if its sweet or salty I've got to
: have something. If I give in and
: eat something then the snacking is
: on for the next 4 hours I'll eat
: anything in site. Fruit, Veggies,
: candy, chips......I've stopped
: taking money to work so I can't
: hit the junk food machines and
: there are no stores with in
: walking distance not that it would
: matter I'll find something to eat.
: Once 10:00 hits I'm fine for the
: rest of the day. Eat a good lunch
: and dinner and have a small snack
: before bed. Any idea why mornings
: are so hard? HELP!!!
