*thought:less/cut out sugar is step 4.
Cheerios would not work for me, I need a dense brown like oats or whole grain bread. For protein I would need 4 eggs, or 3 eggs with cheese. Chloe
I've been cutting back on sugar
: for several months now. The big
: thing I've noticed is the morning
: snacking. I eat a good breakfast
: usually ww toast, butter,

: Special K. and 8 oz skim milk.
: With in about 2 hours of eating I
: want something. It doesn't matter
: if its sweet or salty I've got to
