Are you having enough protein? How many eggs are you having? Three eggs are barely enough for me, and I weigh about 130. When I have eggs, I usually have an omelet with ham and cheese, or some ham or something on the side. Do you know how to figure out how much protein you need?

You could also try having some banana in your cereal and see if that helps.
