I've been cutting back on sugar for several months now. The big thing I've noticed is the morning snacking. I eat a good breakfast usually ww toast, butter, scrambled egg and cheerios or Special K. and 8 oz skim milk. With in about 2 hours of eating I want something. It doesn't matter if its sweet or salty I've got to have something. If I give in and eat something then the snacking is on for the next 4 hours I'll eat anything in site. Fruit, Veggies, candy, chips......I've stopped taking money to work so I can't hit the junk food machines and there are no stores with in walking distance not that it would matter I'll find something to eat. Once 10:00 hits I'm fine for the rest of the day. Eat a good lunch and dinner and have a small snack before bed. Any idea why mornings are so hard? HELP!!!
