RR Homework Day #18

Today went well. I am trying to make sweets part of meals and not just right before or after. Did well today. One meal at a time.

Breakfast was right on time. I ate in my house on the computer, as it was really wet outside due to a really bad storm last night. We got so much hail that in some areas they had to bring out snowplows. Still looks like snowdrifts in some places. Talk about another type of anxiety.

Lunch was right on time as well. I actually ate my sweet as part of my meal. I went out to grab three hard shell tacos and on my way home to eat the I swung by to grab my sweet. Normally I eat it in the car on the way home before I eat lunch. But today decided I would put a lid on it and not grab a spoon. So even if I was tempted in my car I had no way to eat it. Got home and said – at least eat one taco before you have some sweet. Ate one looked at the sweet and thought I really don’t want that. So ate another taco. Because I am trying to make the sweet part of the meal I knew I did not want to eat it after I ate all my tacos. So I had some after the second taco. Felt good. Also had a glass of water.

Dinner was right on time at 5:30. Had some WW lasagna along with a glass of water.

Watching the person I am training is really making me realize how important food is. I only had two hours with him this morning. About 8:30 he became very tired. I asked him if he had eaten breakfast. Nope was the answer. I had oatmeal I tried to offer him and then I found a box of trisects. He gobbled up the triscets. It was good I found the triscets because that is what I had for my 10:00 snack.

Trying to have a planned snack at 10:00 so will being bringing a protein and CC to work from now on.
