Step 1 Question

Hello,

I have now been enjoyably doing Step 1 for a few months, except now I am questioning whether I correctly understand "within the hour" part. If my alarm goes off at 5am, is the goal to have breakfast by 6am even if I go back to sleep for 30 more minutes? Or is the goal to have breakfast within the hour after I wake up without falling back to sleep? I would appreciate some clarification, thank you!
