My name is Shirley and Today was my first day on the program. Since I already eat breakfast everyday as soon as I get up I guess I'm a little ahead of the game. Adding protein for me should be easy as I love 2 things - protein and sweets. I could live on meat, eggs, cheese and anything with sugar or honey in it. So today I had breakfast. I made boiled millet - it's a healthy, no gluten grain and when it was just about done I whipped up an egg and stirred it into the millet. It turned out kind of like custard. Then I put this in a big bowl with 2 tablespoons of ground flaxseed, a teaspoon of cinnamon and about 3/4 teaspoon of truvia. Then I poured almondmilk on top and mixed it all up. I don't know how much protein I'm supposed to have or about the brown but for some reason I think I did the right thing. What do you all think?
