:What a good discovery!. It is so true that sleep and morning appetite are affected by activities. I just began a morning exercise program of 30 minutes before breakfast.
Now I may switch it to evenings,when, if I am not going out , I tend to plop down with feet up with Netflix film or good books. Still haven't decided if I am a morning or night time person. Maybe neither one.
