Re: Vegetarian Concerns

what an interesting set of questions.

I should think focusing on one would help you with all the others. :h10) So whatever you choose will be useful all round :h11)

I'm thinking of how much difference timing makes to me, in making sure everything else runs smoothly! so I'll look at that one first.

I couldnt get the hang of timing at all at first. I was used to delaying and pushing the boundaries, seeing 'how long can I go' Getting my head round that was a bit of a challenge :h6) I think your recognising your needs goes a long way towards helping :h2)

I went by the clock at first because I think my signals were all in a muddle and I couldnt hear what was going on. So I said, 7 am, 1pm, 6.30 pm and then snacks at 10 am and 4 pm. It was a bit regimented in its way but it did help me feel steady.

: -Making sure I have snacks (I am
: vegetarian and active)

one of my favourite snacks is hummous mashed up with hard boiled egg. I like new potato with cheese and tapenade. babybel and almonds is not really brown but works for me for portability :h10)
