Re: anxiety
In Response To: anxiety ()

Hi Debbie:

I had panic/anxiety attacks since I was a kid. It wasn't until I thought I was having a nervous breakdown and went into treatment that the food/mood connection was even suggested to me. I played around with dosage w/my med and each time felt all the anxiety come back, of course I wasn't doing the RR program and I had to go back up. My suggestion would be to hold tight on your dosage and start with step 1 and work you way up. I remember I wanted it all "now" but it really is a progression and your brain/body heals but it takes time and commitment on your part. I wish you the best in your program :h4)
