Hello!
I feel the same way as you do! I have read the Total Food Recovery Plan and PNP and both of them are such an accurate description of my whole deal. I am a vegetarian and after I watched Forks over Knives this weekend, I am thinking being a vegan is a good idea. I do eat fish every once in a while, and eggs every once in a while. I do cheese, no milk, so not 100% dairy free. It amazes me how I feel the next day after a slip up, like I'm hungover!
Congrats!
: Hello all. God has answered my
: prayers, and has led me to
: Potatoes Not Prozac. It is truly
: amazing. I feel like shouting from
: the rooftop! I just finished my
: first read-through of the book,
: and I feel like I have found the
: answer to why I have been the way
: I've been my entire life. How
: could this be? It's like reading
: all about me, written by an old
: friend I've never met, if that
: makes any sense. I am overwhelmed,
: and found myself weeping several
: times while I read. This is MAJOR.
: I know I have a lot of work to do,
: but I am surrendering. He has led
: me to this at precisely the right
: time, and I feel like I have found
: the key, finally. Did you feel
: this way? Please lend me any
: advice, wisdom, tips that will
: help me along the way....would
: love to connect with people just
: like me, finally. Also, I am a
: vegetarian, with the long-term
: goal of becoming vegan. Any help
: with different types of protein to
: try I would love.
