Isn't that amazing? Yes, I have discovered the wonders of nuts as snacks, particularly after working out. They've been easy on my stomach and are fairly energy-dense without providing a lot of bulk for those sometimes quesy post-run tummies! That's great your daughter ran the London marathon. Maybe one of these days!
